3. Custom Orders

All custom orders must be approved and confirmed via email or written agreement.
Tej Imports is not responsible for errors in artwork provided by customers.

We accept major payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
Full payment must be received before dispatch of any order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and availability. We do our best to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Custom-printed or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
